AmphoChem acquires Medical Log Point AB

AmphoChem has on the 31st of August 2016 signed an agreement to acquire Medical Log Point AB (MLP). The acquisition is done in two steps. The first (1) step is effective as of the 1st of September and step two (2), the completion of the aquisition, is effective as of the 31st of December 2017. MLP is working with third-party logistics, mainly in the area of healthcare, but also in other health-related markets.
MLP was founded in 2009 and is acquired by AmphoChem from the current owner, Torleif Möllerström, who will remain active as CEO of the company. Today the company has about eight employees with offices and warehouses in Hisings Kärra. In fiscal 2015 the company had sales of SEK 18 million. The acquisition complements AmphoChem the existing logistics operations of the wholly owned company BGM Logistics AB.
